Cheesecake had always been a dish that I was scared to make, it seemed so difficult. However, it is my FAVORITE dessert of all time. Nothing fancy, just plain cheesecake with no topping and a great homemade crust.

I have NEWS for you! It is NOT HARD! It is actually a super easy recipe to make, and it’s cheap! I have made this recipe multiple times, usually for other people, and it always gets raving reviews. My only tip is to not mix the batter too much once you add the egg yolks, because your cheesecake can crack after it cools. I make this recipe exactly as listed on Stephanie’s website, so be sure and follow instructions to a T.

P.S. This is the best cheesecake I have EVER, EVER had. Even restaurant cheesecake can’t compare. It is so light and creamy! I like to also purchase the Cinnamon Graham Crackers for just a little extra hint of something in the crust.
