Skip To My Lou’s Chocolate Cheesecake Dip

Name of Recipe: Skip To My Lou’s Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip
Recipe Owner: Di at Skip To My Lou
Overall Rating:  4 out of 5 stars (4 / 5)

Di’s recipe for Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip is quick and easy to make. It would be a great item to take when you are responsible to bring a sweet snack. You can dip a fair amount of things in it and it would be tasty, but since I have a two year old who is easily entertained by foods, I got a box of Honey “Teddy Grahams” shaped like bears because… kids. He can’t eat very much of this, but I may use a cookie dough scooper and scoop some onto a plate with the Teddy Grahams.

My only problem with this recipe is that once you put it in the fridge, it takes forever to thaw out and I’ve yet to get it back to the same level of creaminess that it was when I first put it in the fridge. Maybe it will if you sit it out for a long time, but after about 30 minutes of it sitting out I got impatient and ate it as it was.
